• Returns & Exchanges: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

• Final Sale Items: All custom orders, furniture, art, lighting, rugs, seasonal décor, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Damaged Items: Please inspect your items upon purchase or delivery. Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

All custom orders and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are crafted specifically for you.

Gift Returns

Gift recipients are eligible for store credit only, issued in the form of a Shoppe gift card.

Store Credit

Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future in-store or online purchase.
